ESOL Class

ESOL Class

The English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program is designed to help eligible individuals who are English language learners achieve overall comprehension of the English language. Thus, the purpose of our ESOL program is to assist immigrants and other individuals who are English language learners in: improving their reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension skills in English.

Our ESOL classes caters to all levels of English learners, helping both English and non-English speakers develop skills in speaking, reading, understanding, and writing English. Additionally, students learn about the basics of the United States government.

We have open enrollment periods throughout the year, where students must pre-enroll and complete a pre-test before each academic session. Classes will be offered on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

More information about HCCD’s ESOL clases will be provided in the near future as they will be offered soon.
